How long will it take me to complete the program?

To get an idea of how much time you’ll need to practice the Flying Phobia Master program, we first need to determine your current anxiety levels.

Please choose the option that best describes you from the options below:

You can manage flying but don’t like it one bit, especially takeoff and landing.

You just want to feel more relaxed and less high-strung when flying.

Recommendation:

We recommend listening to the program for one week.

Your anxiety starts to creep in on the way to the airport. From the moment the journey to the airport begins, you feel jumpy and snappy, or anxious and maybe even tearful.

From when you board the plane till the moment you get off, you feel tense and anxious.

Recommendation:

We recommend listening to the program for 2 to 3 weeks.

Even the thought of getting on a plane is enough to bring you out in a cold sweat. Your heart pounds and you feel ill at the very thought of boarding a plane.

You avoid flying if at all possible, no matter how short the flight may be.

You can’t sleep during the days before a flight and feel physically ill during it. The slightest turbulence sends you into a full-blown panic attack.

Recommendation:

We recommend listening to the program for 4 weeks.

For the best and quickest results, we recommend listening to the program each day.

However, if you can’t practice on a daily basis, it's OK. It just will take a little more time before you will be ready to book a flight. Regardless of how long you need, we can help you get to where you need to be.
